The client reported faucet issues and the need for a spot repair. The kitchen faucet was replaced, and both original pressure-reducing valves (PRVs) were removed. A new PRV was installed at the main water entry point into the house. The system was pressurized and thoroughly tested for leaks, with no issues detected.
