Sewer and Water Service Replacement near , by RJ T (Check-in #23184)

Removed the old cast iron sewer lateral and replaced it with a new 4-inch PVC sewer lateral for improved drainage. Additionally, removed the undersized rolled copper water service and installed a new 3/4-inch PEX water service, including a new ball valve and pressure-reducing valve (PRV) for better water flow control. Also removed a failed pump and incorrectly installed line, replacing them with a new pump and properly running a 2-inch PVC line to the back of the yard popper under the meter box to prevent future damage. All work was completed and tested to ensure proper functionality.
