The client requested plumbing upgrades, including replacing the washer box valves, PRV, and adding a whole home shutoff. Our technician replaced the washer box valves and removed the washing machine to allow for the installation of a new one later in the day. Additionally, the PRV in the crawlspace was replaced, and a quarter-turn ball valve was installed for the whole home shutoff. An estimate was provided for a recommended water repipe and water service replacement, as the existing CPVC piping is very old and brittle, which could lead to future leaks.
