This is my second time calling Hero Services. Both times I called I received a service call the same day. The first time was for a gas line to be added for my new gas range. The second time was for a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. Both services were completed by Professional technicians who completed the service call promptly and cleaned up the work area. Follow-up: Hero Services is amazing! What other company would do something like this to keep their customer happy? Hero Services came back and made it right! A representative came onsite to looked at the end product and listen to me. Just as all Service Hero staff, he was professional and enjoyable to talk with. After listening to me, he mentioned that he doesn't think I will ever be happy with the current shower and is willing to replace it with a different one. I was willing to work with them and forgo some of my wants with the hope they would fix some of the items that upset me. Instead they pulled out the newly installed shower & replaced it! I am happy with my new shower and have no complaints. A friend asked me if I would ever use this company again. "Absolutely" I replied! Hero Service saw I was not happy with the job. They ripped out a newly installed shower and replaced it. That's Amazing! I will only use Hero Service for all my plumbing, and other needs. Thank you Hero Service! Please note: I believe keeping the original post below benefits the public and Hero Service. It helps depict the measures Hero Service will take to make a customer happy. Seriously, I don't think any other company would do so much to keep a customer happy. Original post below: The good: Onsite techs are good, courteous, and seem to care. The phone support staff is amazing! I would hire any of them on the spot. My previous experiences with Service Heroes have been pleasant. The most recent project is by far the most expensive I've had with Service Heroes. The other: Hero Services is upfront on the fact they are above average price. I feel it is worth paying for quality, honesty, and timeliness. They failed on all three of these with my recent experience. Four times the new shower came in damaged. Hero Services then changed suppliers on me. They said it was an "upgrade". Weeks later I still don't have a functioning master shower. The last time they came they installed a shower. They said there were just a few small items to finish. HOWEVER, they then say they will be back in a week to finish. Excuse me! I'm out of a bathroom. They originally cancelled my scheduled day one. And then Service Heroes thinks it's okay to finish the finishing tasks a week later! I have a small house. Every time they come I have to dust and wash everything. Construction dust is not good for my family's health. The shower looks terrible and is small. I ended up paying for a downgrade. I've taken numerous days off work and they cancelled or didn't finish the job. Their supplier issue is apparently my problem and they made me aware of that. It is worth paying a premium for quality products, services, and timeliness. Service Heroes has failed me on all of these items. And one last item, I live across the street from their office. Yet everyday they showed up it wasn't an early start.

The high level alarm and the electrical outlets for the alarm, float and pump all had to be replaced because of malfunction. The technician came out and inspected the system, found the problem and got the part ordered to fix it properly. Anthony was very nice and explained everything he did and what needed to be done to correct our issues. Update 2-12-23: After having the work done last year, our pump wasn't working and we called them and had a new one in about 3 days later. Continued appreciation for the work and reliability of all the guys who've helped us.
