I used Hero Services before on a pretty tough job and thought they did great and were reasonably priced. On 4-4-23 I used them again after I ran over a riser and figured we would replace it and pump the tank. The tech said it would cost me over $700 plus dollars to pump my tank. Needless to say I said a firm no on the over priced tank pump. I got online and wrote a review. A rep actually called me and explained the tech’s quote and what he was thinking which made sense. He then offered me a $350 dollar tank pump which is the standard in my area. They didn’t have to do that, I mean the review I wrote wasn’t the worst. Still they went out of their way to keep a customer which makes it a stand up business and I appreciate that. Not only that, they also do a good job.

I was so impressed with this company! They answered the phone on a Saturday morning. They set up an appointment that morning and called me right back to confirm. They updated me when the tech was on the way and he showed up on time. But best of all, Aaron Tatum came to work on our issue and he was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything so I understood the process and the cost, and was a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly be doing business with Go Hero Now again!

Just had a new gas line installed for a stove, and cannot praise highly enough the quality of work and friendliness of the company. Ben came out to do our estimate and was also the tech doing the install. He was on time, cared about keeping our home clean while doing his install, and was easy to talk to when I had questions. I will absolutely be calling again for any of my plumbing needs. The fact the company is founded be Vets and former LEO/Firefighters is the cherry on top. Call and ask for Ben to come out, you will not be disappointed!

Hero's team arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did it. We had a small access area under our house. They got in there and searched for the issue with no hesitation. They ran into an access issue due to our homes construction and HVAC locations. Their team gave us options to work with to solve the issue. We were able to obtain the access they needed. The team came back out the same day and finished the job which was great as we had been without water for three days by then. They were professional and courteous throughout our dealings with them. I will definitely call them back if we have issues in the future.

We called a number of plumbing people since we had a faucet drip, and we were able to get Knoxville Plumbing out within an hour of calling on a Saturday. They called me when technician Aaron Tatum was finished with his other job then sent me his name, picture, tracking on text. Really impressed with the customer service. We had seen our neighbors using them recently and decided to give it a try. Very pleased with his friendliness, advice, and options to move forward with our repair.

My exterior's spigot had a vacuum breaker that failed. Hero Service was reachable by phone on the weekend and they booked me appointment for Monday to come out and fix the problem. The techs Jordan and Ryan arrived on time and got straight to the repair after I showed them the problem. They told me up front what the fix would be and the total cost out the door. The solution to what broke on the spigot was to replace the whole spigot. The new one looks much better than the original one! I appreciate the prompt schedule Hero Services had for me and the techs were great - professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

We had already used Hero Services for both plumbing and HVAC, so naturally we called them to check out an electrical issue where a whole series of outlets were nonfunctional. They quickly discovered the problem and fixed it, while also checking on and highlighting the root cause of the issue, which was the aged breakers in the electrical panel, causing surging in the entire system. Levi and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and they accomplished the upgrade in less than 30 min. Very satisfied with the work done and we will have them back out in the future to add electrical outlets to our deck.

Rob and Keegan were on time, professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing and found excellent solutions to my requests. Costs were presented accurately with flexible pricing options based on work performed. And they also wore sanitary boot coverings and cleaned up after the work was completed. We are very happy with the service they provided.

This is my second time calling Hero Services. Both times I called I received a service call the same day. The first time was for a gas line to be added for my new gas range. The second time was for a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. Both services were completed by Professional technicians who completed the service call promptly and cleaned up the work area. Great service!

We had a leak from the water heater fixed by Pickette. The service was fast and efficient. A couple days later we discovered another leak in our crawl space. They sent another technician out, Jordan to assess the leak. They did not charge us an additional service fee. Jordan found our issue and called to explain the situation and options. They were able to get the work completed the next day! After repairs happened on the main issue, Jordan located and fixed additional issues. All work was explained prior to completing and done quickly and thoroughly. Jordan was kind, and respectful. He cleaned the area after completing his work.

First of all, Hero Home Services stands by their work/warranty. Secondly, their veteran staff are excellent at their knowledge & professionalism of their trades. Lucas & Kevin not only spent as long as they & I needed, to cover the warranty of a previous install (going above what was required) to spending time to discuss future problems (not install related) to permanently fix the potential leak. Very good experience, great service!

Could not be happier with our septic inspection today Chase did a great job locating our tank and giving us options for the future will definitely have Hero Home Services doing the upgrade . We had an ancient water regulator leak in our basement garage. Hero got to us in a timely manner. Technician Riley arrived at the appointed time, and Hero texted me his name and his picture saying he was in his way. What a nice thing to do! He took care of our problem & explained exactly what he was going to do to remedy our problem--not easy as we have old galvanized pipes. I highly recommend Hero for every step was professional & competent.

I can't say enough good things about Hero Services. Dakota and Chris were not only professional, kind, and helpful, but incredibly diligent in their repair of our A/C unit. They gave me multiple options on how they could service our system and answered EVERY question I had! I feel like I've known them for years! In the Summer of 2017, my wife noticed her hair was severely damaged and began to fall out. She researched the plausible causes and concluded it might be a hard water issue. We called Hero to have them test our water. What we found was shocking: - We had more chlorine in our water than the average public swimming pool. - The water hardness was off the charts. - And we had more traces of TDS (total dissolved solids such as metals, minerals, and ions) in our water than what was deemed acceptable. We agreed to have them install a whole-house water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis unit in our kitchen for drinking water. With a 5 year old also in the house, it was a no-brainer. Today, our home remains safer and cleaner than ever before, providing worry-free water and a priceless peace of mind that has Hero Services at the top of my list to call for ANY need! THANK YOU!!

The service is unbeatable! Will H and Landon L are amazing! Will was super knowledgeable and gave plenty of options on how our leak could be repaired. The best part... he was able to come the same day I called Go Hero to perform the assessment. Landon was the tech to perform the repair. I can always count on these guys to address my issues. Today, during my inspection, they found a leak behind my shower and it could have ended up to be disastrous. They fixed two toilets and cleared my shower drain of serious calcium. The team was Aaron Tatum, Jordan White that found my calcium and fixed my toilets. They found the calcium and called the drain techs, Anthony Alegria and Nathaniel Collins came and broke it all up and cleared it clean. I am a Lifetime member and count on these guys! They are my heroes.

Originally contacted concerning active leak in shower plumbing. Randy & Ryan quickly determined it was more than that. After giving me helpful suggestions, they offered to do a look around under the house. They identified an issue with a rotting gas line. Replaced gas piping and outdoor faucet. Professional, Responsive, Prompt, and Outstanding quality work. So glad a neighbor recommended them. I recommend them.

We recently had our annual electrical inspection through Hero Services. Both Keegan Katz and Levi McGhee were very professional and paid attention to fine detail. They explained in detail the issues that needed to be addressed. They were prompt to fix all issues and we were pleased with their service.

The water pressure valve in our house wasn't working causing a lot of issues. We called GOHERO Home Services and they sent Mr. Aaron Haun who came and replaced it in not time, very professional, on time and answered all my questions. After a very bad experience with HEP we were a little cautious to hire another plumbing company but I can't be happier with the choice, GOHERO will be the company to call from now on. We purchased our home less than a year ago and have run into a few issues with the plumbing already. Will came out and checked all of the water sources in the home and even in the crawl space to figure out where problems may be coming from. He found the water heater was leaking, apparently a lot of the pipes have improper fittings, the kitchen sink was installed incorrectly, a few other items. He was quick with setting up a quote for us and since we have issues with our whole home, we had to sign up for the financing option which was quick and painless as well.

Had a Diagnostic ran on my electrical issue. Levi and his partner were respectful, diligent, courteous,professional and discussed my issue and/or options at length with me. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. However, the price of service went up drastically, I ended up paying $400 just for an estimate. I decided against using their service, due to the final price of the quote.

Jordan came for my yearly plumbing inspection which is covered under my lifetime contract. He noticed my garbage disposal was rusting and suggested a new disposal. The old one hadn't worked very well for a while but the new one is great! No problems at all and works like a charm. Get the lifetime contract, SO worth it.

Our shower stopped working and we called a few places. They wanted to do a quick fix. Go Hero Home Services techs Jordan and Ryan came out and looked at everything, They replaced all of the pipes under the house that were old galvanized pipes. Gave us new pipes and new fixtures for the shower!! They were the best!! Courteous and reliable! Can't wait to use the shower!!

Aaron came out and put a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. He was here most of the day because they shipped him the wrong sink but he made several trips to home depot and got it done. He was determined to not leave here without making sure I had a sink.

We have had great service by GoHero for several years now (new HVAC and outdoor electrical box, replacement of our attic-housed water heater with a tankless and relocating it to eliminate the risk of water leaking through the ceiling, and replacement of faulty toilet wax seals before they completely broke and caused damage, all of which increased the value of our 1980s-era condo. Wow. I don't even know where to start- this has been an absolutely incredible servicing company. Our plumbing was completely blocked, we requested someone and they sent a technician over in less than 48 hours, which included a weekend. I thought this was a very reasonable timeline. He came first thing Monday morning. Within 30 minutes, our technician Riley had diagnosed the problem and had given me 3 choices for a solution. He was very kind, very prompt, very understanding and had an obvious, but humble knowledge of what we needed. We had to make a decision, and by the time I called the company to schedule, they had an appointment available for the next business day. Riley and his coworker came over promptly on Tuesday morning and completely rerouted our lateral plumbing line all the way to the line. They encountered a problem halfway through, and Riley was apologetic in telling me that our current plumbing would not pass inspection and also needed to be ripped up and replaced. This included digging up about 30ft of our lawn. But Riley worked fast and we had a brand new sparkly PVC pipe by the end of that same day. We were SO IMPRESSED! And grateful! They got the inspector out within 36 hours of finishing the job, and Riley came over on Thursday morning to close it all up. He even seeded the grass and laid straw over it. Riley was an AMAZING technician. Very knowledgeable, very humble, very respectful and very kind. His communication was too notch and he made us feel like an important part of the process. He checked in often and was very thorough and transparent in explaining the costs and procedures that were needed. He was VERY efficient. I can't say enough good things!! I am incredibly impressed with Riley F. Whoever owns this company- this man deserves a raise. He made it incredibly stress-free to spend $7k to rip up and repair our plumbing. I never would have thought I could say that! I can't think of a single hang-up in this whole process. Thank you Riley and thank you GoHero!

My husband and I are so glad we found this service. Wonderful service to have. We purchased the life time plan. Chris the lead service Technician and partner Dakota came to our house to do our free yearly inspection. So friendly and most important honest. We aren't really able to go up under our house due to back problems,and I know they did (after they had) I said I forgot to mention My nephew had did some work under there 2 yrs ago.A duct was loose,some water on a tarp,and maybe some mold.They said yes we saw where he repaired it but it's fine,and no leaks or mold. I mentioned for a month, air vents were blowing air twice as hard. It was because there was a leak in the air conditioning coil. Our unit is 22 yrs old and has been worked on 3x. They gave us a cheaper way to fix it etc. We went with a new unit.It was a great price for a Trane we chose.(my son checked other places) And wow they came a day later to install it. They could have easily gotten over us with things. Also, everyone at the office is very friendly too. Thank you hero Service for being a rare service to find these days.

I found their prices to be high and I felt like I was given a sales pitch that utilized the fear factor -- regarding my septic tank needing to be located and pumped (or I might risk having to spend $83,000 if the leach lines go because I do not pump it). However I am giving them 5 stars because their workmanship was excellent and the gentleman who repaired my leaking shower valve and reconnected my kitchen sink after a remodel was courteous, professional and easy to have in my home.

They came out and gave an estimate on a great deal of work we need. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn't ask for better service. I dealt with Rob and Keegan. We will be using them as soon as we get the financing up. I am so impressed with the quality of these guys. I will be using Hero Services for all of my heating, plumbing, and hvac needs.

Levi is a great electrician. He came for annual inspection and made suggestions to things that would improve my house. I never felt pressured to do any of them but did. He made everything very clear including costs upfront. The expense was my choice - otherwise annual inspection would have been free. Great company, honest.

We had a water line rupture near our meter and unfortunately it was on our side (not public) so we had to get it fixed to stop the leak. Aaron is a good friendly dude that came out by himself to work on digging up the ground to replace the old troublemaker line with some PEX. I'm just waiting to see what else is going to go wrong next but these guys can help.

absolutely love this company! they always come prepared, and if they dont have what they meed they get it and come back. Theyre quick and efficient! VIP club definitely worth it as well! once my year is up i am 100% doing the lifetime option. Chris & Dakota arrived on-time and performed the HVAC on both units. They wore masks & shoe covers and took pictures so I could see the condition of the unit in the garage attic. One of the things I like about this company is they inspect and inform. The home owner makes the decision without ANY pressure or up-sell. All work performed is documented so you know exactly up front what is to be done. And they stand behind their work. Check into the VIP CLUB option. It's a good idea if your older or not 'handy' with plumbing, electric, HVAC, etc.

Our dryer wasn’t venting properly so we called Hero Services and I am so glad we did. Every step of the process was easy and the customer service was excellent. From the first call to set up an appointment to the call we received before they Techs arrived to the Techs themselves (Trevor and Dakota) everything was better than we expected. We were very pleasantly surprised that Hero Services LLC was able to send Chris M out to our home in such a quick manner the next morning! He arrived exactly on time and was able to diagnose the problem and give us an understanding of what the problem was. He was very professional, kind, and efficient with his work!

Daniel installed a water softener and hot water re-circulator and did an outstanding job. He found a creative solution to find a drain for the water softener discharge since the installation location does not have a floor drain. He also programmed the water softener with recommended settings and showed me how to use the smartphone app that the water softener used. I highly recommend Hero Services.

Daniel arrived to troubleshoot and repair our water heater. He was professional, friendly, and very craft knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and provided us with multiple corrective options. We opted for a new tankless water heater. Daniel returned to his shop, prepped the new water heater, and then returned to install it. He worked well past his normal work hours to ensure we had hot water before he left. Will was a great sales guy for our initial call/quote and the service carried out the next day by Daniel was great! We had a two day project having 3 new toilets installed, an RO line ran to our garage refrigerator, a utility sink installed, replaced a pressure regulator and replaced 2 leaking hose bibs. Lucas and Kevin were at our house promptly this morning. They were courteous and professional at all times. Another tech, another Kevin, came out to inspect the electrical aspect of the job and was courteous and professional as well. Their work was efficient and of good quality. Definitely worth using again if the need arises.

After no response from 3 other electric companies; Hero’s immediately answered my phone call and gave me an appointment for an electrician to come out within a few days of calling. After assessing my needs, I got an on sight quote and they started the job immediately. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They explained everything they needed to do to get the job done so there were no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I Even signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Very satisfied. Appears to be a highly efficient and organized company centered on customer service. I highly recommend them. Since I couldn’t get another electrician to call me back, I can’t say if their pricing is comparable or not; but given their quick response, I’m sure if we paid a little more, it was well worth it.

I can't say enough good things about Hero Services. Dakota and Chris were not only professional, kind, and helpful, but incredibly diligent in their repair of our A/C unit. They gave me multiple options on how they could service our system and answered EVERY question I had! I feel like I've known them for years! In the Summer of 2017, my wife noticed her hair was severely damaged and began to fall out. She researched the plausible causes and concluded it might be a hard water issue. We called Hero to have them test our water. What we found was shocking: - We had more chlorine in our water than the average public swimming pool. - The water hardness was off the charts. - And we had more traces of TDS (total dissolved solids such as metals, minerals, and ions) in our water than what was deemed acceptable. We agreed to have them install a whole-house water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis unit in our kitchen for drinking water. With a 5 year old also in the house, it was a no-brainer. Today, our home remains safer and cleaner than ever before, providing worry-free water and a priceless peace of mind that has Hero Services at the top of my list to call for ANY need! THANK YOU!!

I used Hero Services for the First time today and I will will most Definitely be using them again, Ben & Ryan were Very Professional and Knowledgeable about the Problem I was having. We ended up having Sink Faucet Replaced along with Bathroom Shower and Faucets. Ben & Ryan worked together very well and got the job done and made sure we were Satisfied with the Service.We also Developed a Leak after the work was Done and they sent a Technician out to Access the Problem which he didn’t find and then left.The next morning I contacted the Company to see when someone would get back out to fix the problem. I was told between 1-3 so I went ahead and called the Service Mgr and explained the problem with him and 30-45min later I got a call saying they were on the way.When they got to my house it was Robert and Jordan they both were Very Nice and Professional and went right to work to Solve the leak, The day before when they Replaced the Shower Valves and Shower Head and Faucet and also Replaced the Kitchen faucet because we were told that the issue of intermittently hot water was due to the Shower Valves. When Robert started diagnosing the problem he discovered that the Check Valve that was put inline with the Heat System had failed and at this point I was very disappointed with what had been done because I’ve been through the same situation before with a different company.Robert and I talked about what had already been done that didn’t even fix the Initial problem and he said he would discuss with the Manager about how to make the situation right. Robert and Jordan came back with the part and Robert talked to me and we discussed what the Manager decided to do to make things right. I was Satisfied after talking to Robert and what Decisions had been made to Make things right after the way we had been treated by Previous Company.I would Highly Recommend the Company for the Services they Offer, It’s very Rare that you find a True Honest Company that will Truthfully stand behind their work and Treat Customers with the Respect that they should.

UPDATE: It has been several days since the tech came out to install a thermostat and I told him about the humidity issues. Of course he suggested environmental (it hadn’t rained in well over a week), or just that the system hadn’t been running much, or that we need to cut the bottom of our doors more. He said the smell was from the ionizer purifier thing and he turned it all the way down, and told us to turn it off if it continued which is confusing because why did I buy it? He read the humidity downstairs in each room and agreed it was very high, especially in comparison to upstairs. He adjusted the thermostat and humidity on there and said it “should fix the issue”. It has been several days and it’s still quite humid downstairs, not AS much, but it’s still there. I just find it very ironic because there has never been a moisture issue in this house, ever, until we got a new system. All of that said, the job still isn’t done as they had to order the air filters. So to be continued again, I suppose. —- I keep getting requests to leave a review for a job that is not yet completed, so I’ll leave what I know so far. I hired Go Hero to come investigate an issue with our HVAC. I can’t say I was surprised when they said the system was 24 years old (a common issue in this house we’ve owned for a year) and they recommended replacement. Though we could not afford the $13,000+ price tag, I literally drained our savings and said let’s go. They were out the next day to get started. They arrived around 11:15am and one of the guys mentioned multiple times that afternoon about “Wow this is a tough one, normally we have the old one out by 11:30” but they didn’t get there until 11:15 so…. They also commented on how much larger the new system was. Other than that and one of them not wearing their little booties, the guys seemed fine. A manager came out on day two to bring another part and said they’d be back tomorrow (Monday) to replace our thermostat. Which means we’ve had the new system running since 5pm ish on Friday and it’s now Sunday night. The entire inside of our home feels soaking wet, especially downstairs, and smells awful. It’s extremely humid in here and feels sticky and gross. Now I’m not an HVAC professional however I did have a similar issue in 2020 when having another system installed at our previous home and it turned out that that system was too large and was cooling/heating too quickly and not taking enough time to get the moisture out of the air. I’m anxiously awaiting tomorrow morning to find out why it’s so wet and gross in here. I’ll be back after the job is complete to edit my review one way or the other. Currently kinda bummed to know we no longer have an emergency fund and essentially upgraded to a ginormous humidifier. 🙁

Wow. I built 20 houses in another career and I wish there had been an outfit as professional as these guys back then! They even stayed overtime to make sure my tenant’s water was hot and working before they left! I just bought two lifetime warranties, one for my rental building, and another for my own house—they’ll come out once a year to check your plumbing, twice a year to tune up your HVAC! Polite and professional workers too. Best part: they keep their word.

My wife and I have used GoHero Home Services for multiple hvac and plumbing projects. Of course heat unit would go out first thing as it was getting cold this season. The service tech Heith was on time and professional. He inspected and provided information and was able to fix the issue at this time, as well as provide some regular maintenance. Highly recommend Hero Services!! Very professional, knowledgeable,timely, thorough, and friendly. I appreciated the text alerts letting me know when they were on the way and provided name and photo of the person who was assigned to my job. During the recent flooding in Clinton my basement turned into and indoor swimming pool. The flood waters reached the back of my house and backed up through my plumbing into the basement. Daniel H was very patient and helpful with answering all my questions and provided a step by step plan to address my plumbing repair needs. I will definitely use Hero Services for any future plumbing needs.

As far as the actual service went it was excellent. The fellow that emptied the septic tank did not have enough hose but did not want to tear up my yard with the truck getting closer. So he waited until I got home and I showed him where he could go. The only problem I had was that the service was cancelled several times due to problems with the truck.

The valve in our shower faucet went bad, it was an old Valley style faucet which are no longer manufactured. They were able to replace without having to tear a hole in the wall behind the shower. Riley and Chris did an amazing job, they we're very patient with our questions, on time, and handled the job professionally. I would definitely use them again. thanks guys!

Riley handled our septic tank inspection for the home we're purchasing and did an incredible job! We were told by another company that they weren't able to locate the tank, but Riley was able to find it within a couple of minutes. We will definitely be calling them again in the future!

I called Hero Services to come out and check an issue where our hot water heater pilot light goes out periodically. Zach arrived right on schedule and fully checked out the hot water heater. No definitve issue was identified but he provided thoughts and info on several things to try to see if it will reduce or eliminate the problem. He was very thorough in his analysis and answered all of my questions. Nice work!

Tristen gave us a quote that was literally 1/2 of what the other 4 contractors were offering. No-brainer, very reasonable pricing. Josh, Zach, and their crew killed it. We had our entire duct system replaced, along with a touch up "dog house" from a terrible job with the previous "contractor." These guys were true professionals. They communicated with me throughout the process, then they went above and beyond by coming back to do spray foam in a couple problem spots, and then Josh broke out his heat gun and showed me exactly where my problem spots are. Then they told me how I could improve my insulation without trying to sell me stuff I couldn't afford - I can't put a price tag on that. They gave me such valuable advice and answered all my questions. These guys don't mess around. I am hoping they will give just as reasonable pricing and provide just as professional services for electric and plumbing, because I feel I can truly trust these guys, and that's rare.

Our water heater was leaking when I got home late yesterday evening after a long day at the hospital with my mom. Hero Services was recommended by my neighbor. They had a time slot available first thing the next day. Aaron T was prompt, professional and fixed my issue right away! Very pleased with his work and the service from him as well as Hero Services!

This has been an ongoing issue for years in this office with no real remedy provided by other plumbing companies. Since I new that Hero Services would do the job right the first time, I called them to have Ben come out and survey the problem. Ben of course was thorough, professional and explained the issues well. This will be an ongoing project as more diagnosing is need because it is a multistory building with joined offices. I am glad I called Ben and utilized Hero Services and will continue to use them.

These boys got right to work and were done in less than an hour. So far I'm pleased with the results. $800 for an alternative fix to two cast iron toilet flanges seems a bit steep to me, but I cannot afford $70 to $100 for multiple service calls just to compare estimates from other providers. So great work but definitely on the expensive side in my opinion. All involved were courteous and professional and kept me informed throughout the process.

After reviewing the plumbing company’s website in my area, Knoxville, I decided to go with GoHero. I was fortunate to have Zachary come the same day. He wasn’t able to fix the problem that day but gave me options and returned the next morning. Because of the options I was able to locate another trap in the wash room and he was able to rectify the clogged drain, and not go through a more expensive repair.He was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a Navian tankless hot water heater and reported to the Navian representative in 2019 problems such as not having consistent hot water and a strange noise from the unit. The representative stated nothing was wrong with the unit. Over time, the problems got worse. Then the unit began to make a loud boom noise. I called this company who contacted Navian. Naven had the techs change out two or three parts which did not resolve the problems and declared the unit as inoperable. However, they stated they would not replace the unit under warranty. With Trey and Zacs assistance, they were able to get the unit covered by the manufacturer under the warranty. I could not be more pleased with Trey, Lucas and Zac as well as the two installers. I have and will continue using these guys and recommend them highly.

This is always my first choice when I need a plumber. On this particular occasion, Justin & Zach came out to fix a leak and replace the water pressure control regulator. Always very professional service and the company worked with me to ensure they got to my house in time to complete repairs before I had to leave for work. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Called them when a water heater started to leak in the attic. A service tech (Lucas) came right out even though it was after 5 PM. A crew of three came back in the morning and replaced the water heater. They were very fast to respond, friendly, professional, and did a quality job. I can't say anything about their prices because you go with who can come out quickly when you have an emergency. I highly recommend them.

When they arrived, we were very impressed with their service, courteous behavior, and being on time. Chris and Riley completed the job and did a great clean up afterward. We just called Hero for a different job and had Chris and Nathaniel come by. We have appreciated their professionalism and a well done job. While trying to put in a new HVAC system we discovered the whole under our house was filled with water. Hero services led by Kenny’s team did an awesome job. We had to have the whole crawl space drained of water, all of our drain pipes torn out and new ones put in. I had the pleasure of dealing with Heith, who performed the HVAC evaluation and tune-up for Spring. I explained that I was going to request 3 estimates to replace the ductwork as 2 of my rooms didn't heat correctly over the winter. Heith investigated and found a disconnection between the ductwork and the indoor heating unit. He corrected the problem which increased the airflow in the back bedrooms. I am very pleased with his expertise and appreciate his kindness. I highly recommend Hero Services and Heith. The services he provided was HVAC tuneup and repair as stated above.

emergency septic pump: 1st appointment was canceled last minute on a Thursday. No other services could come out until Monday either. They were the only ones who at least tried. They did reschedule and showed Monday. They were on time. Very professional and did a complete job. They kept me informed through the process. Excellent choice despite the wait

This is my second time calling Hero Services. Both times I called I received a service call the same day. The first time was for a gas line to be added for my new gas range. The second time was for a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. Both services were completed by Professional technicians who completed the service call promptly and cleaned up the work area. When we entered our garage and found our water heater standing in a puddle, we went online and started the search for a good, reputable plumber. We found that and more on the Hero Services website. The pleasant lady taking my call and collecting info about our problem told me that someone could be at our house between 8:00 and 10:00 the next morning to see what needed to be done. At 9:00 Lucas and Zack arrived. It was no great surprise to hear that we needed a new unit. After a short discussion about replacement options, they removed the old unit and installed a new one. There was no waiting…with the clock ticking…while they went from place to place to find what was needed. Everything was on the truck ready to complete the job. Including a shiny new water heater! Great service will never use any other company again! 1st when I callled the young lady that answered is super nice. She sent Heith out to my house that day to check on my AC. He was nice and knowledgeable. I was nice that told me what he was doing and didn’t hide anything from me. He found the in about 5 mins if not faster. Which was about an hour faster than the first company that came out to my house. He told me he get part should take him about an hour to replace it. The first guy said 6 hours to fix my issue and wanted to charge me 6x more than GoHero and said this fix may not solve the problem. So if you want something done right get Heith out to your house. The final fit and finish of my breaker panel was not to my liking but Kevin and Nick came back out to my home and listened to my concerns about how it was installed and made the corrections and now it's flush with the wall and looks good. I'm a truck driver, on the road, six days a week. Had been having problems with drains backing up, kept pouring drain cleaner in them, and they would be fine for a while. Daughter's bathroom flooded in the middle of the night, began calling septic tank services the next morning. I ended up making an appointment with Hero Services. Anthony and Robert took charge and explained what needed to be done, and did it all in one day. I am very happy with their work, and now my plumbing is working as it is supposed to again. I will definitely call them with any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a problem with our septic system. After only having the system in our new home for four years, the system was already backing up. We hired Hero Services LLC to pump out the tank. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to not just pump the tank but to clean it out and set it up properly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The electrician Richie was personable and knowledgeable. We were thrilled with his work. A tree downed our power lines connected to the house. Called hero services and they came out first thing to give us an estimate. They returned in the afternoon and stayed late until the job was done.

We had our annual electrical inspection this morning. Keegan arrived on time and was very personable, professional, and efficient. As he conducted his inspection he explained what he was seeing and provided recommendations for things that we should address now and things that we need to watch to be addressed in the future. He provided reasonable quotes for the work he recommended. We're very happy with GoHero Home Services.

Trey came out on time and ready to work, he finished my yearly maintenance and then I had a few other to dos... leaky disposal and a quote for installing two additional outside faucets. Trey worked up the quote and was able to perform the work immediately - amazing service! With Hero Services I really do feel like a VIP member!

These folks have always treated me well and their work is excellent. I've consistently used them for my annual plumbing & HVAC maintenance, and they've also installed a U/V air filtration system and a whole-home water softening system for me. I've been very pleased with everything they've done so far.

GoHero came out for my plumbing inspection and found a problem with my water heater. They were able to come out two days later to put my new one in. Thank you for taking care of it quickly! Techs are knowledgeable, professional, and do great work. They are Veteran owned and offer a military discount which we appreciate.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the phone call I made this morning to the end of the service call, everything was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful! After starting my day with a cold shower and dreading the expense that was looming, Hero exceeded all my expectations. The initial call was extremely helpful as I didn’t know if this was electrical or plumbing related, but they assessed the issue over the phone and sent the perfect person for the job. Within 3 hours of the initial call, Levi had arrived and fixed the issue! Levi was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through what the issue was, then fixed it in no time! He also walked me through a few other items that could potentially be issues and gave me options as to how to get them corrected. I was blown away by the entire process and will only be using Hero going forward for anything that needs attention at my house. I literally could not be happier with how today went! Absolutely would recommend GoHero to anyone ! I called about a potential leak, appointment was set up in very timely manner and Landon was AMAZING. He showed us the problem and had it fixed in no time ! Also, because of our work schedule we had requested someone come early in the morning before work. I used GoHero services to install a Novo whole home water treatment system and a water heater. Jonathan and Jordan were very nice and professional. They showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job! Also, we had Keegan come out from GoHero to install whole house power surge protectors on my house and my mother-in-laws house. We also consulted him regarding generators for our homes. He was also very nice and helpful. He even helped my mother-in-law carry in her groceries, super nice guy!

I'm giving my tech 5 stars for doing a great job. Septic clean out, scraping, riser installation, inspection, and recommendations. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and performed his job excellently. My one negative that had absolutely nothing to do with the tech and wasn't under his control was the scheduling. When I scheduled I was told I was 2nd on the schedule for the day of service yet I ended up being the last job he was sent to and it was late at night.

We have had MANY different contractors in our home for repairs over the last 20 years due to our home was 50 years old when we brought it. Electrical, Flooding multiple times, new roof, new windows and lots more. This was the 1st time a contractor was done on the original deadline, even when "unforseen problems " showed up. HERO was eager to accomplish their goals and the deadline! They are Great!! We have used them multiple times on little issues with our plumbing and were always the Best Priced. This time was a WHOLE replumbing of the entire home. Yes is was a mess, but they cleaned it all up.

They have served my home for several years now & I even purchased their Lifetime VIP Membership. I can report that it has been worth the price I paid several times over. Today Levi returned to my home for an Annual Inspection of home electrical system. Levi was extremely careful and polite while in my residence. He performed a complete and detailed inspection of both the interior & the exterior electrical components of my residence. He inspected the Master Circuit Breaker Box and the Total Home Surge Protector that Levi himself had actually installed into my home just within the past year. He made sure to test the outlets of my home within every interior room and those located on the exterior of my home. He reported a couple of minor issues he observed on some outlets on the exterior of my home & I was particularly pleased that he reported the weather damage that he found around the electrical power supply to my exterior HVAC Unit that could easily have been responsible for destroying my HVAC Unit. Levi also provided me with complete Quotes for what it would cost me to have GoHero Home Service complete the repairs of all the issues he reported back to me. He explained his quotes in a very professional manner without any high pressure sales pitches. He simply reported the facts and provided me with an easy to understand detailed and accurate explanation for why he thought these issues required the repairs. I am very pleased with the plumbing job and with Landon and the workers he had with him. They were very nice and friendly. Very professional. Although on the drive way patch not so much happy the scratches that were put there by machines were left there and not covered up. I feel like it should have been sealed. I did like will and the staff at the office below are pictures of the driveway . If the driveway looked better it would be ok, I know it’s not going to look like the original but the patch work could have been better and should have sealed it all the way down

I had a main line water leak and I gave a couple of companies a call to come give me a estimate. When GoHero came out they were much lower and they have a great warranty on their work. The guys that came out were nice and professional. Since my leak was a emergency they came the next morning and completed the work. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and will recommend them to others.

I would recommend Hero Services because of the 2 Technicians who came to our house. Michael S. & Richie O were very kind, considerate, respectable, and knowledgeable about their job. They arrived on time, wore protective shoe coverings and were all around 2 very nice men They explained everything they were doing to solve our problem and did not talk down to us. Our A/C went out on a weekend, and Chris and Dakota were there on a Saturday evening, within an hour of our call. They were incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly. They did a thorough inspection, laid out our options in clear English, and once we’d made our choice, they were there Monday morning to replace both of our HVAC units. The job was done cleanly, in a single day, and we’re very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommended.

Chase and Anthony were 2 hrs ahead of their arrival time, unlike another company who never showed for two appointment times. Very professional, fast and efficient. They charged $260 to unclog my toilet line, which seems high until you see how quick and hassle free they make it, and I didn't have to worry about me damaging anything myself had I attempted the same thing. Definitely recommend this company.

It appeared professional and well laid out. I then searched online and read reviews to which I found "mostly positive", and only a few negative. Of course, we all know that there are those out there that, no matter what you do, you just can’t please.🤷‍♂️ So, keeping that in mind, I decided to give them a call.☎️ They answered my call within three rings, and I was greeted by a friendly voice, her name was Holly. She took my name and number, then told me that Will would come out and talk to me about my sewer installation. Will showed up ON TIME that day.⌚ Prior to arriving, he sent me a text letting me know that they're on the way and a picture of him, Dressed in Uniform, which is something that they do with all of their employees each time they come to your house. What a great idea.💯👏👏 They're thinking of my safety!🦺 Will looked over the job site, taking everything into consideration, and even offered recommendations. The quote was in my email the very next morning!📫 After reading the contract, we decided to sign and hope for the best. Always on time or early to do the work. Surpassed themselves by calling two day's early to do work. Levi who had done the original work was scared he had done something wrong. He had not we had added garage doors which required an additional circuit and outlet boxes. Another save by Hero Services since the original contractor did not wire electrical outlets in the garage. Neither did he provide plumbing. Both of which Hero Services did quickly and expertly. We plan on utilizing Hero Services for all our Electrical HVAC and plumbing work. They are truly HEROES

Techs showed up on time. Very professional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was a very reasonable price. They also cleaned up after the project was completed. I highly recommend this company. I will also be using this company from now on for the other projects needed to be done.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We live out if state and had rental in need of repair. We called and have a plumber in an hour. He found the leak, fixed it and left the area clean. If you live in Knoxville area, this should be your go to plumber. It’s sometimes hard to find professionals that are small enough to treat you like a neighbor , and yet large enough to be able to handle all of your plumbing needs. Thanks so much, will use again!!!

Jordan, Mike and Ryan came out and detected our water leak, changed out our out door faucet, updated some of our pipes, and replaced our water heater, and treated our drains. The customer service was top notch, they were very professional, on time and very helpful. They were very personable and efficient at explaining and answering all questions. Heith from GoHero Services was prompt and professional and respectful . Our system is only 2 years old and installed incorrectly from Smithbuilt. He informed us of all the HVAC issues and gave a quote. He provided services at the same time as the service call. We had cold air right away no no musty smell. My rental house was having drainage issues in both bathrooms this past weekend. We called Hero services and were able to have them come out the same day to fix the issue. After having a couple of businesses give quotes for a new water heater, HERO was without a doubt the best business with response time, professionalism, email quotes, phone communications, and how clean and tight the job was when completed. I would recommend them as one of the best in the business.

Hero Services replaced the water pipes in the basement and installed a new tankless water heater in my home. I was very pleased with the work Michael and Aaron did. They did an excellent job and completed the work on schedule as promised. All the staff I dealt with were very professional. They always respond quickly when you contact them. When I had a small issue afterwards, they came over to address it within a couple of hours of my call. Highly recommended!

Aaron and Kenny did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. They completed their assessment in under 10 mins, gave me options with pricing, I selected the option I wanted and they got everything completed in an hour. Paying was quick and convenient. I have had GoHero come out a few times. This time my house drainage was not working properly. The problem was diagnosed one day, and Anthony, Riley, and Zachary came back a few days later to fix it. While here, they also replaced a faucet that was broken. I will use them again.

Follow-up: Hero Services is amazing! What other company would do something like this to keep their customer happy? Hero Services came back and made it right! A representative came onsite to looked at the end product and listen to me. Just as all Service Hero staff, he was professional and enjoyable to talk with. After listening to me, he mentioned that he doesn't think I will ever be happy with the current shower and is willing to replace it with a different one. I was willing to work with them and forgo some of my wants with the hope they would fix some of the items that upset me. Instead they pulled out the newly installed shower & replaced it! I am happy with my new shower and have no complaints. A friend asked me if I would ever use this company again. "Absolutely" I replied! Hero Service saw I was not happy with the job. Seriously, I don't think any other company would do so much to keep a customer happy. Original post below: The good: Onsite techs are good, courteous, and seem to care. The phone support staff is amazing! I would hire any of them on the spot. My previous experiences with Service Heroes have been pleasant. The most recent project is by far the most expensive I've had with Service Heroes. The other: Hero Services is upfront on the fact they are above average price. I feel it is worth paying for quality, honesty, and timeliness. They failed on all three of these with my recent experience. Four times the new shower came in damaged. Hero Services then changed suppliers on me. They said it was an "upgrade". Weeks later I still don't have a functioning master shower. The last time they came they installed a shower. They said there were just a few small items to finish. HOWEVER, they then say they will be back in a week to finish. Excuse me! I'm out of a bathroom. They originally cancelled my scheduled day one. And then Service Heroes thinks it's okay to finish the finishing tasks a week later! I have a small house. Every time they come I have to dust and wash everything. Construction dust is not good for my family's health. The shower looks terrible and is small. I ended up paying for a downgrade. I've taken numerous days off work and they cancelled or didn't finish the job. Their supplier issue is apparently my problem and they made me aware of that. It is worth paying a premium for quality products, services, and timeliness. Service Heroes has failed me on all of these items. And one last item, I live across the street from their office. Yet everyday they showed up it wasn't an early start.

Highly recommend Hero Services!! Very professional, knowledgeable,timely, thorough, and friendly. I appreciated the text alerts letting me know when they were on the way and provided name and photo of the person who was assigned to my job. During the recent flooding in Clinton my basement turned into and indoor swimming pool. The flood waters reached the back of my house and backed up through my plumbing into the basement. Daniel H was very patient and helpful with answering all my questions and provided a step by step plan to address my plumbing repair needs. I will definitely use Hero Services for any future plumbing needs.

The high level alarm and the electrical outlets for the alarm, float and pump all had to be replaced because of malfunction. The technician came out and inspected the system, found the problem and got the part ordered to fix it properly. Anthony was very nice and explained everything he did and what needed to be done to correct our issues. Update 2-12-23: After having the work done last year, our pump wasn't working and we called them and had a new one in about 3 days later. Continued appreciation for the work and reliability of all the guys who've helped us.

We had Richie and Keegan stop by to give us an estimate on doing an electrical upgrade. My husband and I were both very impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and friendliness of these two young men. When we decide to have the work done, Hero will be strongly considered because of the representation of these two.

We called for an estimate to install electric and water to a new kennel building. We had a very detailed estimate the day they came out. We accepted the estimates and signed up for the VIP program. They scheduled the work to be done within a few days. Kevin and Hayden were very professional, courteous, and thorough. They both went over and above my expectations to complete the jobs to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

Hero services has yet to disappoint me. I've used their plumbing, elec, and gas services, and all have done excellent work at a fair price, and, the technicians have all been very nice people. I wasn't sure when I signed up for the VIP program bc I thought it would just be a way to up sale but that's not been my experience at all.
