Water service near Knoxville, TN by Randy S (Check-in #17824)

Client had leak on their main water service, we gave options to repair with leak detection or to replace the line with a new PEX line with a 25 year warranty. The client opted to do so using the directional bore method, using this method reduces the amount of disturbance to the yard and includes a sleeving around the pipe for added protection and ease of replacement in case any leaks ever occurred again. The replacement of the service included a new quarter turn emergency shut off valve as well as a new pressure reducing valve, each with a 5 year warranty.
