The client requested routine maintenance for their 2016 Lennox furnace. Our technician performed a full maintenance service, including cleaning the flue pipe, adjusting the draft damper, inspecting and lubricating motors, checking operating controls, inspecting air filters, and cleaning and inspecting the burner assembly and combustion chamber. The system is operating efficiently, and the client, who primarily uses the heat in January and February, has carbon monoxide detectors installed throughout the home.
