Heating System Maintenance and Installation of Drip Leg for Furnace near Knoxville, TN by Jake S (Check-in #22533)

The client requested maintenance on their heating system and additional work on the gas line. Our technician completed a full maintenance service, including cleaning the flue pipe, adjusting the draft damper, inspecting and lubricating motors, checking operating controls, inspecting air filters, and cleaning the burner assembly and combustion chamber. Additionally, a drip leg was installed on the gas line for the furnace in the basement to ensure proper function.
