20-Year-Old Furnace Replacement and near , by Heith S (Check-in #21638)

The client reported that their electric HVAC unit was not cooling properly. Our technician replaced the 20-year-old furnace to ensure it matched the existing HVAC equipment. Due to limited attic space, the furnace was repositioned to a horizontal orientation. An emergency pan was also replaced, and a condensation pump was added to facilitate proper drainage.
