Performed annual electrical maintenance, including inspecting the equipment grounding system, checking conductor insulation, cleaning the breaker panel enclosure, and lubricating lock, latch assembly, and hinges. Breakers, smoke alarms, GFCI outlets, and electrical switches were tested, and outlets were inspected for loose connections and voltage. Electrical connections on appliances were examined, and the system was checked for code compliance. Additionally, a cut-in ring and Romex connector were installed for the sub-panel circuit in the garage's main panel. All work was completed to ensure the system operates safely and efficiently.
