The client required filter installation, duct cleaning, and pan treatment services. Our technician performed minor duct modifications to install a high-efficiency 5" media filter cabinet in the existing ductwork. All duct joints were sealed, and a new filter was installed to ensure a high standard of air cleanliness. Additionally, professional duct cleaning was carried out on the first floor of the house. The condensate drain pans were treated with a product formulated to eliminate bacteria and slime growths. This treatment is effective for up to 6 months and is EPA and NSF registered, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
