The client requested gas leak detection services. Our technician performed an air test on the gas system and identified two faulty valves. The gas shutoff valves for the HVAC and water heater were removed and replaced. After repairs, the gas system was restarted at 15 psi and held pressure for 30 minutes to ensure no leaks. Additionally, the water heater was replaced, and the venting was corrected.
