The customer requested a residential heating maintenance service and noted they regularly change the air filter monthly, so inspection was not needed. Our team performed the following recurring maintenance tasks: cleaned the flue pipe, checked and adjusted the draft damper, inspected operating controls, lubricated motors, cleaned and inspected the burner assembly, examined the combustion chamber, and inspected the ignition system. Additionally, we cleaned the condenser coil.
