The client reported water covering the wires inside the unit and suspected an issue with the blower or drainage. Upon inspection, we found a leak at the inducer motor causing the overflow pan to fill up. We resealed the gasket and repaired the vent to resolve the issue. The system was tested and confirmed to be operating properly.
