The client reported a slow drip from the bottom of their gas water heater, located in the basement. Our technician identified the issue as a leak from the old copper lines above the heater. The leaking copper lines on both the hot and cold sides were replaced with PEX, and the ball valve was also replaced to ensure proper functionality and prevent further leaks.
