Performed winter maintenance on the heating system, including cleaning the flue pipe, adjusting the draft damper, checking operating controls, lubricating motors, inspecting air filters, and cleaning and inspecting the burner assembly. The combustion chamber and ignition system were also thoroughly inspected. During the service, loose connections were diagnosed, and options for unit replacement were discussed with the client.
