Client had septic tank pumped, our septic division referred plumbing when they saw there was an issue with the piping. Our plumbing technician informed the client there was no outlet baffle for the tank, which would cause more solids than liquid to enter the drain field and saturate the field lines more than necessary. The homeowner opted to install the outlet baffle.
