The client required their septic tank to be pumped. Our technician uncovered the septic tank, lifted the lid, and cleared a blockage in the baffle. The septic tank was assessed, and it was noted that the absence of an inlet baffle could cause future issues. An estimate for the necessary repairs was provided, and the client was informed that they are responsible for backfilling.
