The client reported issues with two malfunctioning shower cartridges on the third floor, two leaking drain assemblies, and a bathtub/shower combo that leaks when in use. Our team repaired or replaced the leaking drain assemblies, addressed the shower cartridge problems, and redid the caulking on all showers to ensure proper sealing and waterproofing. The bathtub/shower combo was inspected, and recommendations were provided for resolving the leak, with no property damage noted during the visit.
