Thermostat Programming near Knoxville, TN by Heith S (Check-in #22755)

The client reported a possible furnace issue and was unsure if it was related to a fuse. Upon inspection, our technician discovered that the thermostat programming had been altered four days ago, causing the system to malfunction. We replaced the thermostat batteries and corrected the programming. The system is now operating properly, and the client was advised on maintaining the thermostat settings.
