I used Hero Services for the First time today and I will will most Definitely be using them again, Ben & Ryan were Very Professional and Knowledgeable about the Problem I was having. We ended up having Sink Faucet Replaced along with Bathroom Shower and Faucets. Ben & Ryan worked together very well and got the job done and made sure we were Satisfied with the Service.We also Developed a Leak after the work was Done and they sent a Technician out to Access the Problem which he didn’t find and then left.The next morning I contacted the Company to see when someone would get back out to fix the problem. I was told between 1-3 so I went ahead and called the Service Mgr and explained the problem with him and 30-45min later I got a call saying they were on the way.When they got to my house it was Robert and Jordan they both were Very Nice and Professional and went right to work to Solve the leak, The day before when they Replaced the Shower Valves and Shower Head and Faucet and also Replaced the Kitchen faucet because we were told that the issue of intermittently hot water was due to the Shower Valves. When Robert started diagnosing the problem he discovered that the Check Valve that was put inline with the Heat System had failed and at this point I was very disappointed with what had been done because I’ve been through the same situation before with a different company.Robert and I talked about what had already been done that didn’t even fix the Initial problem and he said he would discuss with the Manager about how to make the situation right. Robert and Jordan came back with the part and Robert talked to me and we discussed what the Manager decided to do to make things right. I was Satisfied after talking to Robert and what Decisions had been made to Make things right after the way we had been treated by Previous Company.I would Highly Recommend the Company for the Services they Offer, It’s very Rare that you find a True Honest Company that will Truthfully stand behind their work and Treat Customers with the Respect that they should.

I was VERY satisfied with my experience. They gave excellent customer service, making you feel like you were more than just a number. I was surprised how fast they responded and got me scheduled. Anthony was very professional and kind. He took time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood my options. The prices he quoted me were very reasonable. Where this was a bigger project, I appreciate the fact that he took time to sit down and walk me through the financing options as well as the process. I felt he went above and beyond to accomplish the tasks at hand. I will definitely reach out to them in the future for all my home maintenance and repair needs.

An outstanding experience. On time, accommodating, found a less expensive way to a major problem. Jonathan and ? Were true professionals and j formed me of every step, A true delight to have people who care about their quality and the customers happiness.
