i like that hero services covers many different needs like plumbing and electrical. they offer a lifetime maintenance plan that i will find very useful. Also i am a night shift nurse and they were kind enough to text rather than call. i really appreciated that! also they answer and return phone calls promptly. my technician was awesome and very knowledgeable. He even cleaned up behind himself. thank you very much.

I tried to do another review! I cant say "THANK YOU" enough for Keegan and his crew for coming back to complete phase 2! I was blessed by the best. They informed me when they was coming, worked around my schedule, and completed everything on time! I will give any recommendations to anyone who needs electrical work done! Keegan and Kevin called us a head of time to let us know when they would arrive, what phases would take place, and they cleaned up the mess. First of all, I am extremely happy with their work that they did in the first phase, and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations. They also explained what the price was going to be, and what all it included in the first phase. They also quoted what the second phase would cost and what was involved. They made it extremely helpful to work around my schedule so it doesn't interfere with my job. Most places won't do that. Keegan and Kevin also informed us that GoHero offers financing if I didn't have the funds to pay up front. They also informed us about the warranty and if there was any issues to contact them that they would be out to check the situation and fix it for us. Secondly, I learned that it is a veteran founded company! I will always support our veterans and stand behind them. I was raised by my grandfather that was in WW2, and I have family that is in the military. The company was very professional when I called to ask questions and if they would come to my county that I live in to do the work and they did! All I can say is they were very knowledgeable and their professionalism of their trades was outstanding. If I could give them a hundred stars I would! Very good experience, and great service! My husband and I are so glad we found this service. Wonderful service to have. We purchased the life time plan. Chris the lead service Technician and partner Dakota came to our house to do our free yearly inspection. So friendly and most important honest. We aren't really able to go up under our house due to back problems,and I know they did (after they had) I said I forgot to mention My nephew had did some work under there 2 yrs ago.A duct was loose,some water on a tarp,and maybe some mold.They said yes we saw where he repaired it but it's fine,and no leaks or mold. I mentioned for a month, air vents were blowing air twice as hard. It was because there was a leak in the air conditioning coil. Our unit is 22 yrs old and has been worked on 3x. They gave us a cheaper way to fix it etc. We went with a new unit.It was a great price for a Trane we chose.(my son checked other places) And wow they came a day later to install it. They could have easily gotten over us with things. Also, everyone at the office is very friendly too. Thank you hero Service for being a rare service to find these days.
